Appearance

Personalize how SWAI looks for you with theme and accent color.

What is Appearance?

Appearance controls how SWAI looks for you — light or dark, and the accent color used in the interface. Open it at app.swai.ai/setting/appearance.

You use it to:

• Choose Light, Dark, or System theme
• Pick an Accent color that sets the overall tone

Changes apply right away. There is no Save button on this page.

Main screens

Note: In Settings under Personal, the page is labeled Appearance.

Before you start

1. Sign in to SWAI.
2. Open Settings → Appearance (or go to app.swai.ai/setting/appearance).

Tip: System follows your computer or phone’s light/dark preference.

Quick start

1. Open Settings → Appearance (or go to app.swai.ai/setting/appearance).
2. Under Theme, select Light, Dark, or System.
3. Under Accent color, click a color. The look updates right away.

Theme

Section title: Theme
Description: Select a theme to personalize your platform's appearance.

Each option shows a preview. The selected theme shows a checkmark.

Accent color

Section title: Accent color
Description: Choose the main color that defines the overall tone.

Available colors: blue, teal, yellow, orange, pink, purple, indigo, green.

Click a color to apply it. Your choice is saved for your account.

Note: Appearance is personal — it does not change teammates’ themes or the brand colors under Settings → Brand (open).

Common warnings and troubleshooting

Theme didn’t change

Confirm you clicked a theme option (not only hovered). Try System, then switch back to Light or Dark. Refresh the page if needed.

Accent looks different in an app

Some apps use their own colors. Appearance mainly affects the main SWAI chrome. Brand colors for generated content live under Brand.

1. Confirm you are on Settings → Appearance.
2. Note whether theme, accent, or both misbehave.
