Billings

Manage subscription, wallet, and payment for your brand from Settings.


What is Billings?

Settings → Billings is where you manage your plan, credits, and payment details. Open it at app.swai.ai/setting/billings.

You use it to:

Before you start

  1. Sign in as someone allowed to manage billing for the brand.
  2. Have payment details ready if you plan to update them.
  3. Know that seat limits on User often depend on your plan.

Tip: If Add user is blocked for seats, upgrade or adjust the plan here, then return to User settings.


Quick start

  1. Open Settings → Billings (or go to app.swai.ai/setting/billings).
  2. Wait for the page to load.
  3. Complete subscription, wallet, or payment tasks.
  4. If the page fails, click Retry or Open in new tab.
  5. Return to the dashboard and confirm seats or credits look right.

If the page doesn’t load

Common warnings and troubleshooting

Billings won’t load

Retry, sign in again, confirm brand, try Open in new tab. See Getting Started.

Seats still blocked after upgrade

Refresh Settings → User (or go to app.swai.ai/setting/user). If the counter is unchanged, wait a moment and reload, or contact support with the plan you purchased.

Wallet balance looks wrong

Open Billings for the full details. The account menu is a summary only.

Open in new tab blocked

Allow pop-ups for SWAI in your browser, then try again.
