Labs
Labs
Review AI recommendations for campaign performance, findability, fine-tuning, and email outreach metrics.
What is Labs?
Labs is your SWAI campaign command center. It analyzes brand and campaign data and surfaces expert recommendations so you can improve SEO, rankings, visibility, reputation, AI instructions, and email outreach results.
You use it to:
- Check your Optimization Score and open related campaign recommendations
- Review SEO suggestions (hashtags, keywords, backlinks, SERP)
- Track keyword rankings across domains
- See how AI models represent your brand (Visibility)
- Connect review sources and generate friction insights
- Run website, brand book, social, and content ideas audits
- Fine-tune AI Agent and Apps content instructions
- Review engagement chats and like or dislike agent replies
- Inspect Email Outreach delivery stats in Back Office
Main screens

| Fine-tuning | AI Agents, Apps content instructions, Engagement training |

Note: Open Labs from the sidebar under Resources → Labs (
/labs). It uses your brand session — there is no separate sign-up inside Labs.
Note: Labs is not the same as Settings → Beta Apps (open). Beta Apps are experimental app toggles; Labs is always available under Resources.
Before you start
Most Labs data is scoped to your active brand. Recommendations and pickers improve when campaigns, apps, brand website, and review URLs are already set up.

Common warnings and troubleshooting
Labs won’t load or stays blank
Confirm you are signed in and a brand is selected. Wait for user info to finish loading (Labs shows a skeleton while fetching).
No campaigns or apps on Performance
Create or open campaigns and apps that Labs can analyze. Empty filters show No Campaigns / No Apps.
Auto Apply or Auto tuning does nothing
Those switches are disabled in the UI. They are not available yet.
Rankings won’t check
- Add at least one domain and one keyword.
- Click Save selection.
- Then click Check rankings.
Reputation actions disabled
Brand context is required. Add at least one review source before Refresh reviews, and fetch reviews before Generate report.
Audit failed
Check the URL or username, try again, or enable Force a fresh scrape. Toast Audit failed means the run did not complete — retry or contact support with the audit type and input.
Fine-tuning changes don’t seem to apply
Confirm you clicked Save. Reopen the agent or app and verify the instruction text. Changes affect future generations, not past published assets automatically.
Back Office shows no emails
Select both a campaign and a sequence that have Email Outreach activity. Empty state: No emails available for this selection yet.
Missing brand context
If pickers, rankings suggestions, or reputation actions fail, close Labs and reopen from Resources → Labs after selecting the correct brand. Keep brand website set under Settings → Brand (or go to app.swai.ai/setting/brand) for better domain suggestions.
