Connect advertising, social, and calendar platforms for your brand.

What is Integration?

Integration is the Settings hub for connecting platforms you use with SWAI. Open it at app.swai.ai/setting/integration.

You use it to:

Review Available integrations for the brand
Authorize advertising, social publishing, Webflow, and calendar platforms
Open Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Social Planner, Webflow, or Google / Outlook Calendar
Use Open in new tab when you want a larger window
See Coming soon for connectors that are not ready yet

Note: To add public social profile links (Facebook, Instagram, and others) for AI and brand context, use Settings → Brand → Social profiles. See Brand. This Integration page is for signing in and authorizing those platforms.

Before you start

Sign in on the correct brand.
Have admin access to the ad, social, or calendar accounts you will connect.
Complete Brand so AI and publishing have your identity.

Tip: In Gaxu, Social accounts → Connect accounts in Social Planner opens Social Planner here.

Quick start

Open Settings → Integration (or go to app.swai.ai/setting/integration).
Review the integration tiles.
Click a tile (for example Social Planner or Google Ads).
Complete the connect steps on that page.
Optionally click Open in new tab.
Use Integrations to return to the list.

Other tiles may show Coming soon and cannot be opened yet.

Note: Settings → Calendar (open) is for managing calendars. Google / Outlook Calendar here is for connecting Google or Outlook (open). Pick the entry that matches your task.

Note: Settings → Integration → Social Planner connects publishing accounts. The Social Planner and Blog Planner apps themselves are in the main sidebar under Apps, not Beta Apps.

On an integration page

Control	Purpose
Integrations	Back to the list
Page title	Matches the tile you opened
Open in new tab / Opening…	Open in a separate browser tab
Retry	Reload if the page failed

Common warnings and troubleshooting

Tile does nothing / Coming soon

Coming soon tiles are not available yet. Use only the active integrations.

Page error after opening a tile

Retry, confirm login and brand, then try Open in new tab.

Social Planner connected but Gaxu still asks to connect

Reopen Settings → Integration → Social Planner (or go to app.swai.ai/setting/integration/social-planner), finish account linking, then return to Gaxu and refresh.

Calendar sync vs calendar builder

Use Google / Outlook Calendar here for external sync. Use Calendar Settings or the Calendar guide for calendars, availability, and bookings.
